On behalf of the Australian Barley Technical Symposium (ABTS), I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to support and celebrate our 20th Symposium, being held at QT Gold Coast from 22nd -25th August 2022.  Starting with an optional pre conference tour on Sunday 21st August.

Join us and network with 100-150 national and international delegates in a hybrid meeting representing all sectors of the Australian barley industry – research scientists, plant breeders, agronomists, chemists, malting and brewing industry, technical and marketing personnel, grain traders and barley growers.

ABTS delegates come from all aspects of barley research, management, production, and processing and are represented both Internationally and across Australia and New Zealand.

The Symposium ensures that more of our young scientists and key farmers are exposed to new developments and fosters active involvement in new technologies and the latest innovations.

The ABTS Symposium is open to anyone with an interest in barley, science and production, and the program will represent all disciplines.

We look forward to welcoming everyone to the Gold Coast in August 2022 where we hope we can see you face to face
